Shipping Information

Orders generally ship no later than 2-3 business days after your order has been placed for in-stock items. Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday, with orders going out on Saturdays if time allows.

If by chance your order is delayed, we will let you know ASAP by email. 

Out of stock items will be replaced as soon as possible. Please utilize the Notify Me When Available button to instantly get notified via email when an item has been marked back in stock! 

Shipping Time

International Orders: International shipping is available for all customers! If during checkout, you are not able to place an order, please contact us ASAP so we can get it corrected. All of our International orders are shipped via USPS unless specified. Please refer to the tracking number that USPS provides for an estimated delivery time.

Most international orders will take 7-15 business days to arrive if there are no issues with customs, but it may be longer. We will do our best to ensure that your order will not get hung up in customs by placing customs paperwork inside and outside of the box when applicable. However, we can not guarantee that everything will go smoothly. Issues with order(s) hung up in customs will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  

Domestic Orders: All of our orders are shipped via USPS unless specified. Please refer to the tracking number that USPS provides for an estimated delivery time. Most orders usually arrive no later than 3-4 business days after they ship. Shipping times will vary depending on where you are located in the US.

Processing Orders

Fulfillment Time: ABR Model Works is not a "print on demand" or
"make on demand" manufacturer. Not being print/make on demand allows us to turn around and ship out orders faster than other 3D printing/laser cut manufacturers. Once we announce new products, it is instantly in stock. All products will continue to be restocked unless the item is discontinued. At ABR Model Works, our mission is to produce high-quality products that can be on your doorstep quickly. 

Orders are packed and shipped based on the time and order in which they are received. Typically, we can get most orders shipped out within 2-3 business days after we receive them, but if we have a large quantity of orders, it may take up to 3.

Order Errors: Sometimes, due to errors on our end, you may be able to place orders for an item that is out of stock. On the chance that happens, we will reach out ASAP to notify you. You will have two options to choose from. 1) A refund will be issued for the item(s) along with a $5 credit that will be applied to your customer account for our error. 2) Wait for new items to be printed (in most cases, the second option will delay shipment of your order by 3-4 days at most), and once they are printed, your order will be shipped out to you!

On the chance that you are sent an extra item that you did not order, it is yours to keep. We do not want to waste your time by having you ship it back to us. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and box size. Shipping costs will vary depending on how many items you buy and where you are located. All orders are shipped via USPS with free tracking and insurance up to $100. If an order exceeds $100, we will purchase additional insurance at no cost to you. 

Free Shipping: Below are the two tiers that can qualify for free shipping.

- All US orders over $55 will automatically have free shipping applied at checkout.

- All International orders over $120 will automatically have free shipping applied at checkout.

If you place an order that qualifies for free shipping and it is not applied at checkout, please send us an email ASAP! 

The ABR free shipping policy amount is subject to change without notice and is based on the order value and the current shipping costs. If the policy is to change, customers will be notified via newsletter announcement or website announcement.
