Shipping Information

Orders generally ship no later than 2-3 business days after your order has been placed for in-stock items. If by chance the order will be delayed, we will let you know ASAP by email.

Out of stock items will be replaced as soon as possible.

Shipping Time

International Orders: We are still working with our shipping provider to bring international shipping beyond the US, we will update customers as soon as we have it up and running!

Domestic Orders: All of our orders are shipped via USPS unless specified. Please refer to the tracking number that USPS provides for an estimated delivery time. Orders usually arrive no later than 3-4 business days after they ship. 

Processing Orders

Orders are packed based on the time they are received. Typically we can get most orders shipped out within 1-2 business days after we receive them but if we have a large amount of orders, it may take up to 3. 

Sometimes due to errors on our end, you may be able to place orders on an item that is out of stock. If that were to happen, we would reach out immediately to see if you would like a refund on the item. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping will automatically be calculated when you check out, we ship all orders via USPS with free tracking and insurance included. 

Free shipping is calculated based on your country and the order value. Please note that as of updating, we are still working on creating and refining a free shipping policy.

The free shipping amount is subject to change without notice and is based on the order value and the current shipping costs, if the policy is to change, customers will be notified via newsletter announcement or website announcement.
