Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy on all products. You have 30 days after receiving your order to initiate a return request. The 30 day count starts the day our shipping provider marks your order as delivered. 

For Kit & 3D Box Sets: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send us your order number so we can confirm a proof of purchase in our system. 

For Individual 3D Printed Pieces: Please note that if you are wanting to return an item because it was damaged when you received it, we will send you another one for free. We take every effort to ensure that your 3D parts arrive intact and not broken, but if something happens in transit or something happened on our end when packing that we did not see, we will take responsibility for it. 

If you break a piece while assembling or prepping it for your layout, we will send you another one for free. In that case, you will be responsible for shipping costs. 

How To Start A Return Request: Please email alex@abrmodelworks.com with details about why you would like to return an item, along with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs: If you would like to initiate a return, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. If we have sent you an item in error, it is yours to keep.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and let us know immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items, clearance items, or gift cards. This does not include any items included on a sale which applied a percentage based discount to your total order. Any items purchased during a general sale will be eligible for returns.

Exchanges: Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges on any item, unless the item is damaged upon arrival. 

Refunds: There is a 15% restocking fee on non-damaged returned products.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
