Like most people, I like quality products. Because of this, I will always look to improve on what I do, it's just part of my DNA. So I welcome your feedback, it's a great way to learn and improve.

Our pricing is based on what a similar product sells for in the key markets of the USA and UK/Europe. And we're offering free freight on orders over a certain value (see below) which means it does not matter where you are, or where we are.

All pricing is in USD and converted to your currency at the time of the order, except Australian customers you see pricing in AUD and you purchase in AUD.

Great service centres around doing what you say you are going to do and when you say you're going to do it - and if you can't, then say so. We strive to work with this in mind at all times.

Free shipping guide, please note that it is a guide, shipping times are not guaranteed as we are not in control once the order leaves us.

The free freight minimum order amount is based on where you are and what it costs to ship there. 

To make it as fair as possible, we use the 8 freight zones for international orders and post code for Australian orders. Shipping cost is calculated at the time of purchase.

The order threshold for each zone is subject to change without notice, we will do our best to keep this list up to date.

Order processing

Orders generally ship within 1 to 2 working days for in-stock items.

Out of stock items can take up to 4 to 21 days, longer if our material suppliers are out of stock.

Please note that since COVID there have been delays from time to time in getting supplies, if your order is going to be delayed more than 3 weeks we will be in touch.

Transit time

All our international orders, the transit time is usually within 4 to 28 business days. However please check the estimated time transit at checkout.

Australian orders, the transit time is usually within next day to 14 business days. However please check the estimated transit time at checkout.
